• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonating other users or GamBuddy staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy

• Fair play is mandatory in all games and tournaments
• No use of bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Respect other players and follow community guidelines
• Match-fixing, collusion, or intentional losing is strictly prohibited

4. Tournaments & Competitions

When participating in tournaments:

• You must comply with specific tournament rules and regulations
• Prize eligibility is subject to verification and compliance
• GamBuddy reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations
• Decisions made by tournament administrators are final

5. Virtual Items & Purchases

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• GamBuddy may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• You do not own virtual items; you are granted a limited license to use them

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GamBuddy, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by GamBuddy or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of GamBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy.

8. Communication & Marketing

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
• Marketing communications (if you opted in during registration)
• Tournament and event notifications

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

GamBuddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Remain inactive for extended periods

10. Limitation of Liability

GamBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data or virtual items
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions of other users on the platform

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India

12. Changes to Terms

GamBuddy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:
